TERMS OF USE

These terms and conditions of use apply to all visitors and users of the Adventure Park Pula services.

TICKETS AND PAYMENT

  • Ticket prices are per person per day. All prices are stated in Croatian Kuna (HRK). Prices are VAT inclusive and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Daily ticket includes rental of protective equipment and unlimited use of all elements in the park, except the zip-line which can be used once with the daily ticket. Tickets are valid for unlimited visits until the end of the current day.
  • Ticket does not include drinks, food or souvenirs.
  • Every visitor will get an appropriate wristband which must be securely fastened around your wrist. Visitors must show a proper wristband or re-entry will not be allowed. Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
  • We accept two different payment methods: cash and credit cards. Payments are available in Croatian Kuna (HRK) only. For information about foreign currency exchange, please ask at the cash register.
  • Tickets will not be refunded if a visitor decides not to complete all the obstacles.

PARK RULES

  • Every visitor participates in the park at his own risk. Visitors must read these general terms and conditions before using any element in the park.
  • Children aged 4 to 6 must be accompanied by an adult on the ropes course. Children aged 6 to 12 must be supervised by an adult. Children aged 12 to 16 must have a consent form signed by a parent.
  • We do not offer any child minding services. Park reserves the right to refuse entry to children who don’t have a consent form signed by a parent. Our employee has the right to request an ID card if he doubts the age of the young person.
  • Before you are allowed to use elements in the park, our instructor will explain you the correct use of the safety harnesses and carabines.
  • A maximum of three persons are allowed on one platform at the same time.
  • We recommend to all visitors to wear appropriate clothing and footwear (sport shoes and clothing). When using the elements in the park, visitors must wear all safety equipment as instructed by our instructors.
  • After use, all the equipment must be returned undamaged. If you notice any damage on the safety equipment, please inform our employees in the park.

OTHER NOTES

  • Visitors are advised to watch their personal belongings. Park takes no responsibility for any loss or damage of belongings.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor and outdoor space in the park. This also applies to electronic cigarettes.
  • Employees reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors from the park for not observing park rules (influence of alcohol, vandalism or unsociable behaviour).
  • Due to safety reasons, height, weight, age and clothing, restrictions may apply to use of some elements in the park (pregnant women, visitors with health issues…).
  • Visitors who have health problems are responsible for assessing the use of the elements in the park.
  • Occasionally we carry out photography and/or video recording at the park. We may use photographs and videos to publish them on our social media platforms. Please contact our employees at the park if you do not want to be photographed or filmed.
